Clean Deals Warranty Policy
For the first 3 months we cover shipping both ways for any damage caused by transit (rare but can happen). For the remainder of the warranty period we ship a replacement free first even if the defective/broken part is required back (traditionally we used to send entire handles for warranty service replacement but with the flourishing of YouTube videos aiding users in convenient plate replacement, we find that shipping a plate is more convenient as it doesn't require anything to be shipped back at any cost and warranty remains an entirely free process). For refunds, once we receive the item you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less actual original shipping cost*.

Standard 2 Year Parts & Shipping Warranty
All our equipment is covered by at least a 2-year warranty on all parts from the date of order directly by us. We maintain a convenient online request management system that supports attachments and notifies employees at multiple levels in our supply chain of any issues to not only remedy issues but avoid them from happening in the first place: with us covering shipping costs on warranty service, it is in our best interests to avoid problems before they happen because the only people it ends up costing consistently is us.

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as they come in via an approved payment method passing all fraud verification testing as managed by the processors. Usually all orders leave same business day if placed before 2 PM pacific standard time via a trackable courier method. All orders must be shipped via an approved carrier (as per payment processor standards) to maintain their merchant requirements hence local pickups are not available. Orders in the lower mainland of BC, Canada (West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley and White Rock) are eligible for a free automated upgrade to same-day shipping if order is received before 10AM PST for commercial destinations or 2PM PST for residential destinations.

Please provide your full address and phone number. Any apartment numbers or buzzers must be included as the courier will look for the recipient with these digits or methods at buildings that require them. NO package is left at the door, All packages must be signed for by someone at the specified address. Please be aware that to some destinations the courier cannot deliver directly to the door and would require the recipient to pick up the item from the nearest depot within 5 days of its arrival there. It is very rare that this happens though because courier companies do pride themselves on their coverage. We do have the choice of 4 the major couriers: FedEx, UPS, Purolator and TNT. We try to have the situation most convenient for the customer.

ALL REFUSED AND/OR NOT ACCEPTED (RETURNED BY COURIER FOR NON-DELIVERY) SHIPMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED RETURNS AND ACTUAL SHIPPING EXPENSES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM, EXPECT PROMPT DELIVERY: IF IT DOES NOT GET TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER, PLEASE FOLLOW THE TRACKING PROVIDED. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY: WE DO NOT FOLLOW SHIPMENTS UNLESS NOTIFIED.
